Mission Statement

Guided Bloom strives to provide strength-based, trauma-informed, and culturally inclusive clinical supervision that supports the growth and development of pre-licensed counselors and social workers, as well as licensed professionals seeking consultation. We strive to create a reflective and supportive space where supervisees can deepen their clinical skills, clarify ethical practices, explore cultural awareness and personal biases.

We focus on supporting supervisees in looking beyond diagnoses and instead exploring the “why” of the symptoms and/or behaviors. Through this process, we aim to guide each professional in building a confident, grounded, and authentic professional identity.

Events

I’m honored to share that I will be presenting alongside my colleagues at the 50th Annual Families Rising Conference on October 7, 2025, in Orlando, Florida. Our session, titled “Strengthening Families: Effective Strategies for Post Adoption Success,” will focus on Adoption Support Services in Illinois, highlighting evidence-based approaches and how these supports contribute to long-term family stability. We’re excited to share insights from our work and connect with others dedicated to improving outcomes for adoptive families nationwide.
